Employee Feedback Communications Strategy

Designed and implemented an enterprise-wide communications strategy for the leadership team to address employee feedback, such as creating organizational, department-level, and senior leadership newsletters. Resulting in a Team Excellence Award.

Issue:
Results from the Employee Feedback Survey showed that there was a need for a communication strategy. Employees did not feel like they knew what actions were being taken after discussing problem areas from the survey.

Solution:
I worked with the leaders of the Employee Feedback Survey to build an enterprise-wide communication strategy. This included creating organizational, department-level, and senior leadership newsletters. I've included slides I've created for our communication strategy that was presented to Senior Leadership, along with newsletters that I've created and templatized for other teams.
